White Party season is upon us once again as tickets to the Sensation ‘Source of Light’ White Party in Amsterdam go on sale at the end of the month. For those of us who haven’t had the luxury of attending a White Party and who are wondering exactly what i’m on about – check out this video:

I don’t know about you but white is certainly not my favourite colour especially after an evening at a messy dance party, but I would certainly make an exception for this one. Friends of mine raved on about the awesomeness that was the 2011 White Party and we can imagine that 2012 will be just as sensational. The website whips out the big guns in terms of describing the evening to be:

This year, we embark on a special mission for unity: to become part of a world, in which borders between us, our environment and others fade; to gather around a radiating sphere and strengthen our mutual bond; to celebrate togetherness at the highest level; and to regain contact with the Source of Light that connects us all.

If that doesn’t get you twitching I don’t know what will. Just don’t watch the trailer for the event though because it looks like a tampon ad.

Anyway, tickets for Sensation Amsterdam go on sale at 10:00 a.m, Saturday, March 31st on the Sensation website. A ticket will set you back about 80 Euro + the cost of a cheap white outfit. Leave the Gucci at home.
