Palms Resort Las Vegas Fantasy Suites
It takes something special to stand out from the crowd in Las Vegas…
…and that is exactly what the Palms Hotel and Casino has set out to do. It has the usual studio and one bedroom accommodation starting from around the USD$89.00 mark but the luxury and themed suites are where this hotel really shines. FlymeFunky will show you a few of our favourites.
Two Story Sky Villa
After arriving on your floor via your own personal glass elevator, the first thing that hits you is the view; the Las Vegas strip is lit up like a Christmas tree and it may take you a minute to soak it all in. The three bedroom villa features a revolving bed in the master bedroom just in case you werent dizzy enough from drinking at the clubs you get VIP all access passes to.
The villa boasts over 830 sq. meters of space where you can host a party of up to 250 people. The bedrooms all have private balconies, and you have your own fitness centre and sauna. To top it all off, there is an outdoor terrace and a 12 person glass ended jacuzzi pool that juts out over the side of the building.
Barbie Suite
For those ladies out there who are still young at heart or who have ever dreamt of living in Barbie’s Dream House – this suite is for you. Decorated in Barbie’s signature pink and complete with Jacuzzi and two-way fireplace. This apartment will sleep four guests but host up to 50 for the ultimate bachelorette party. The apartment also boasts great views of the strip and has a custom made sunburst style mirror made from 65 Barbies hanging in the main room as a feature piece.
Kingpin Suite
Want to work on that perfect 300? The Kingpin suite features two bedrooms, two full sized ten pin bowling lanes as well as a full size pool table and a bar for you to entertain up to 100 guests in retro style. There are multiple LCD and plasma TVs scattered through the apartment and a massive theatre sized projection TV in the bowling alley for you to play MTV or the Big Lebowski while avoiding gutterballs. If you don’t like the music you can play your own through your iPod or use the VIP all access passes to get into some of the hottest night clubs in town.
Crib Suite
You control the guest list for the most exclusive club in town. The crib suite features its own DJ booth and salt water fish tank, and your guests can actually feel the music with the installation of sound seats throughout the apartment. The two bedroom apartment also features a stunning black and chrome pool table and a wet bar. The visual stimulation continues with views over the strip and TVs. For something a little different the main bedroom features a hydraulic bed.
There are a number of other suites available at the Palms including the Celebrity and Directors Suites as well as the the g-Suite modeled after the Ghost night club.
For reality TV addicts, there’s the Real World Suite where the show was filmed from in 2002, the Hardwood Suite caters for basketball fans featuring an indoor basketball court and other amenities spread over two floors and the Erotic suite complete with rotating bed and mirrored ceiling. These room don’t come cheap however, prices range from $1500 to $40,000+ per night and are in high demand.
